Terms of Use

KOMOS is an independently operated private organization with a nonprofit purpose: cultural, language, and educational exchange between Korea and Russia.

Programs are announced only when actual content and schedules are confirmed; each notice governs participation, fees, and cancellation.

A website inquiry may be submitted by an adult aged 18 or over or by a parent or legal guardian for a minor. A person under 18 must not submit personal information directly. Later paid contracts, participation, admission, or visa document work will use a separate minors process.

KOMOS may consider a connection to a relevant person for an education-related inquiry, but does not guarantee a connection, admission, visa, accommodation, or outcome.

Where possible, the user contacts the third party directly. If KOMOS must send information, it provides an individual notice and obtains separate consent at the time of the connection. General inquiry consent is not disclosure consent.

An introduction is not an agency, endorsement, employment, or partnership. The parties directly confirm services, fees, contracts, and decisions.
