Do not include a date of birth, national identification number, passport or ID copy, proof of family relationship, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive data in a general inquiry. If a later official process requires verification, we will request only what is necessary through a separate secure procedure.

Name, message, submitter role, and either a phone number or an email address (required); inquiry type, topic, and preferred timing (optional)

Retention:

One year from the date inquiry processing is completed
